In all cases, our inspection committee will investigate the complaints received and will notify the result of the investigation in the form requested by the customer.

Pursuant to the obligation set out in Article 17/A of the Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection, we would like to inform our customers that in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may apply to the conciliation body competent for his/her place of residence or domicile.
